This Gymstick Certified Instructor course will give you the ability to structure and deliver a Gymstick Cardio and Gymstick Muscle Group Class and give you all the knowledge required to work with clients on a one-to-one session. A very practical course that will cover the structure and delivery of the two group classes and Personal Training guidelines. Participants will receive a detailed handout of the Movement Catalogue, the structure and design of the group classes.
