Description   The day involves some theory and a lot of practical work. We will be analysing your Running mechanics on the Grass and Track and you will have the opportunity to work with the Running School Coaches on individual running technique, efficiency and speed. You will also have the opportunity to discuss individual training plans on running efficiency, speed and strength.  The two practical running sessions (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) will last 90 minutes each and will cover: Running efficiency, Speed over a 5k, 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon including Dynamic Core Strength. So come prepared to train hard.
